Welcome to The Speech and Language Department
The RCSD Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP’s) are involved in the prevention, assessment, intervention, data collection and analysis of communication-based disorders that interfere with educational performance.
The speech team here at RSCD consists of two Speech-Language Pathologists - Chrissy Orban and Nicole Kappeller.
We are nationally certified Speech-Language Pathologists from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association. We are also licensed by the State of New York as Speech-Language Pathologists and are certified in New York State as Teachers of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities.
