In order to be enrolled in the Rhinebeck Central School District, 
you must reside within the boundaries of the school district.

Please download the registration packet by following the links below. Completed packets can be emailed to [email protected], mailed to Central Registration at the address above, or dropped off in-person at the Chancellor Livingston Elementary main office.

  • Rhinebeck CSD Registration Packet (UPK-12)
    • Use this packet for students entering the RCSD in grades UPK-12.
    • Incoming Kindergarten students must be 5 years old by December 1 of the same year of fall enrollment.

  • Pre-School Special Education Registration/Request for Evaluation Packet/Private School Special Education Students
    • Use this packet for parents wishing to have their preschool child screened for services; or
    • Private School Special Education Students

  • Private School Registration Form  
    • For students who live in the Rhinebeck CSD but are attending private or parochial schools.
    • Please submit the Private School Registration Form (link above), proof of birth, and proof of current residency.  Please call Registration at (845) 871-5500 x6560 for specifics.
    • Please visit the Transportation Page to print out and complete the required transportation form for the business office.  If your child is starting school for the first time in the Rhinebeck CSD, feel free to submit the transportation form along with the registration form and supporting documents by the April 1st deadline.
    • Please note that NYS Education Law requires that transportation requests be submitted EACH YEAR by April 1 for the next school year.

  • Home School Students
    • Please submit proof of birth, recent proof of residency, and a letter of intent to homeschool.
