At the June 15, 2021 Board of Education meeting, nine professionals were recognized for their wonderful careers in education.
Board trustees read inspiring
vignettes shared by colleagues, creating poignant and illustrative
images of long careers of service and dedication to the district and
our students. Each of our retiring employees made an impact on the lives
of countless students and on their peers. The examples of collegiality
and inspiration generated rousing enthusiasm, applause, and even some
warm laughs from the gathered audience.
Collectively, the retirees represent 223 years of commitment to the district.
