Monday, Nov. 9 to  Sunday, Nov. 15

Study for Ch. 3 and 4 test given in class next week.  This will be a multiple choice test with three very short answer questions.  All questions weigh the same amount.  

Review vocabulary, the chapter wrap-ups, and your review book.  This test will be taken with no additional aids.  If you are a remote student, I will email you he test on your Canvas email.  You will send me the answers back on school email.

Nov. 3 - Nov. 8.  This will be due by everyone by the end of Sunday, Nov. 8.  

In your review book read Ch. 1 on Ecology.  Answer all multiple choice questions from pages 1-8.  Do questions 1-55.  As you do the question, write down a number for each one, then the number for the answer.

Send me the answers all at once.  We will go over them in class.

Complete up to and including Data Table 2 in the Whooping Crane Lab.  To answer percent hatching success rate for Data Table 2 use the information on the top of the previous page.  The equation is written there for you.  Remember to write a title for data table 2.

We will complete the lab in class, when I see you in school or remotely.

October 5-9,   Monday-Friday

Complete Observation Lab and turn in to me when I see you for class.  The other two labs should have been turned in by now.  They are the Nature of Life Lab and The pH/Surface Tension Lab.  Get them done and hand them in, if you haven't already turned them in to me.

The second piece to the homework is to read the Pollinator article.  Summarize the important points by bulleting them.  Bring the homework to class when I see you (or in Zoom), so we can discuss the article together.  Either type the bullet points on your computer or write by hand.


Sept. 28- Oct. 2

Mon.  Do questions 1-9, 10, 12, 13, 14 at the end of Ch. 2 in your text book.  Send your answers to me in an email.  Put a heading on your email with name, date, class, and number of each question before your answer.  Thank you.

Tues.  The homework this week is to prepare for the Ch. 1 and 2 test (20 questions) , open notes, open book, etc. The test will be given next week in class.  The other homework will be to complete the pH Lab and the Surface Tension of Water Lab to hand in when you see me in school.
