METHOD FOR DETERMINING PAY UPON LEAVING DISTRICT DURING SCHOOL YEAR

   It is the policy of this school district to pay employees who leave service during the school year in a manner consistent with Commissioner's Regulations, as follows:

 

1.      Each month counts as 1/10^th of the total annual salary; and

 

2.      Each day counts as 1/200^th of the total annual salary.

 

For example, a person leaving at the end of the first of October would be paid 1/10^th September and 1/200^th

for the 1^st day of October.
