CLS PROCEDURES FOR ARRIVAL/DISMISSAL

All children and adults must wear masks while on school property.  Masks must be surgical or cloth masks that fit over the wearer’s nose and mouth. Bandanas, vented masks, or neck gaiters are not acceptable face coverings for school.

ARRIVAL

10:50 to 11:10 AM: Parents/Guardians may drop off their children from vehicles:

10:50 or when all buses have unloaded: Children who walk will be allowed to enter the building:

 

DISMISSAL

2:40-3:10 PM: Parents may begin to pick up their children in their vehicles:

3:10 PM: Cars will no longer be allowed at the front entrance to clear for incoming buses. 

3:10 PM: Walkers will leave classrooms and meet an assigned staff member in the hall by the west door. 

 

VISITORS

For the safety of all our children and staff, family members will not be allowed in the building until further notice.

 

STUDENT SIGN-OUT

 No student pick-ups will be allowed after 2 PM.

 

DROPPING OFF ITEMS

Please do not drop off items unless absolutely necessary.

Please put your child’s first and last name on every personal item brought to school.

 

 

BMS/RHS PROCEDURES FOR ARRIVAL/DISMISSAL

ARRIVAL 

7:45-8:00 a.m: Students arrive at school.  

Parents will not be permitted to enter the building.
 

END OF THE SCHOOL DAY

11:55 Students who are remaining for food service will be dismissed for lunch.

12:05 Walkers, drivers, and parent pick ups will be dismissed from class.

12:30 Buses will depart.

To optimize social distancing, students will not be using lockers this year. All student materials should be carried in a backpack; students will have to carry their outerwear as well.
