Qualified Voters - A qualified voter must be 18 years old by the day of the vote, a citizen of the United States and a resident within the Rhinebeck Central School District for 30 days immediately preceding the vote, and not otherwise prohibited from voting.
Absentee Ballot & Early Mail Voting Applications/Instructions
If you need an Absentee Ballot or an Early Mail Voting application, links are below. The first day an absentee or early mail ballot application can be accepted is on April, 20, 2026. The absentee and early mail ballot application need to be received by May 12, 2026 if the ballot is to be mailed to the voter. If the application is delivered in person to the District Clerk (45 N. Park Rd, Rhinebeck, NY), the application must be received no later than the day before the election. The absentee ballot and early voting ballot must be received no later than 5:00pm on Tuesday, May 19, 2026.
