ABSENTEE BALLOT ELECTION INFORMATION

Absentee Ballot Application

(Please note that the completed application must be received by the District Clerk at least seven (7) days prior to the vote on May 18, 2021 if the ballot is to be mailed or the day before the vote if the ballot will be picked up personally by the voter. Also, the application cannot be received more than 30 days before the vote, April 19, 2021.)

You may request an absentee ballot if you are concerned about contracting COVID-19. Check "temporary illness or physical disability" in Box 1.
