Quidditch World Cup Score Page

The CLS Special Area team of teachers – Physical Education, Music, Art, Library, Band, and STEM – are currently teaching their annual month-long Harry Potter character education unit for grades 3, 4, and 5.  During the Sorting Hat Assembly, the students and staff were sorted by classroom into the four Hogwarts Houses – Slytherin, Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff, and Gryffindor.  Students earned House Cup beads by demonstrating the following character traits – Collaboration, Integrity, Respect, and Responsibility – while learning in the various Special Area classrooms.

During the next two weeks, the BMS PE Department has joined the CLS PE Quidditch unit and will be sorting their students into the four Houses.  During PE classes, students in grades 3-8 will be learning how to play the game of Quidditch and be working together as the four Houses.  The scores from the CLS games and BMS games will be added to their respective Houses thus creating the Rhinebeck Quidditch World Cup.  The final scores will be determined on October 31, and the winning House will be announced.
